The PHTA (formerly APSP) Online Certification Courses allow you to

These online courses are also a convenient way to meet licensing requirements across our region.  Obtaining Industry Certifications are required to be a licensed pool builder and/or service contractor in Connecticut*, New Jersey and in Rockland, Suffolk and Nassau Counties in New York State.
