Suspect a contractor is working without the necessary license? Let NESPA Know! This year again, NESPA will provide an anonymous why for our members to report suspected companies that are operating without the required licenses needed throughout our region.

Unlicensed Contractors hurt the pool & spa industry because they
- They lack accountability.
- They have a high rate of involvement in construction scams.
- They are unfair competition offering artificially, low rates.
- They are unlikely to pull necessary permits.
- They are likely to work outside the code of standards.
- They undermine and damage the reputation of Licensed Contractors.
